Job Description:

  • Accessories Sales Reporting Analyst

  • Support Vehicle Accessories, clients Performance Parts and client's Licensing on all sales operations

  • Work with the finance team to track credit limits (and request credit line increases when needed) for distributors in both Vehicle Accessories and our client Performance Parts including an annual credit review

  • Support the AutoData team in pulling reports and the tracking/monitoring of enrollments, installs and cancellations as well as the monthly billing cycle

  • Support Vehicle Personalization Team with Marketing Initiatives working with the Marketing Manager, as needed

  • Develop, implement, and maintain document control processes, procedures and system maintenance

  • Provides research and resolution to issues that arise with the FADs Create a Business Reporting Process (BPR) that provides a series of sales, purchase and inventory reports for U.S. Dealerships, FADs and Market/Regions

  • Interface with various client activities to obtain and provide necessary data to track FAD performance

  • Create and sustain good working relationships with internal and external partners

  • Coordinate the ongoing Market Representation of FADs and installers as required to maintain their approval and entry in the various client systems

  • Coordinate and compile presentations for FAD Monthly Sales meetings

Skills Required

  • Highly competent in Microsoft Excel and business performance reporting

  • Skilled in gathering data and keeping detailed records

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent time management

  • Prerequisite that the candidate has worked within the client's System for a few years

  • Seeking someone that is familiar with our client Systems and Environment

Experience Required

Education Required
