The Access Sales Representative is responsible for generating maximum revenue by offering vacation packages to qualified leads.
Contributes to achieving overall site VPG, closing percentage at budget levels, as set by sales management.
Achieves individual established performance guidelines within established time frames.
Provides customer service to guest as specified in training and direction of management.
Maintains the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
Adheres to all established policies and procedures, and position requirements for licensures, certifications, etc.
1+ years' experience in Vacation Ownership Sales or Exit Sales preferred
Proven track record of success in Sales.
Strong interpersonal and persuasiveness skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills and coaching and development skills.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
Ability to influence, inspire and lead teams effectively.
