Perspecta has an immediate need for a Access Provisioning and User Management SME with a Public Trust Clearance in Dallas, TX.

Description: Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

SMEs on the following security technology: access provisioning and user management. The candidate should be experienced in using existing processes, creating new processes on user provisioning consoles across multiple OS, and functional IT technologies to create new users, provision appropriate accesses to technologies, and managing the life cycle of user management including supporting audit and user access certification requests. The SME should be able to manage and troubleshoot user provisioning processes in a fast paced customer facing operational environment.

The candidate should have prior experience with access provisioning and preference will be to candidates with knowledge of information security concepts, and access management. The candidate should be able to maintain and troubleshoot the process and responds to customer requests for enhancements.The candidate will be required to serve on an on-call rotation for access management and when required be available to assist with emergency incidents relating to the access management on a 24x7 basis. The candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills and will be asked to generate technical and executive level briefings for the customer.


Education and Experience Required:

Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of related experience or a Master's degree and up to two years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

Exposure to multiple operating systems (Windows and Unix variants), and preferred security certifications include CISSP, ITILv3, etc. Candidates with experience in an ITIL based highly regulated environment (financial, healthcare, government, etc.) environment along with experience with a service ticketing system preferred

VIEW JOBS 11/7/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-05T00:00 IT Capability Lead - Revenue Management & Trade Promotion Job Description The Revenue Management and Trade Promotion Capability Lead is responsible for K-C's overall technology vision, strategy and roadmap in relation to Trade Promotion Management and Optimization (TPx) and also analytics and pricing optimization related to Revenue Management capabilities. The Capability Lead will partner with regional and country sales teams to implement the TPM and Revenue Management tools to enable the business and financial objectives both at the region and local market level. The role will provide ongoing technology thought leadership, insights and recommendations for emerging and innovative technologies and define the ongoing roadmap and plan for building, deploying and adopting both enterprise and tactical capabilities that are needed to optimize K-C revenue, trade investments and improve Promotional ROI, for both online and offline customers. The role has close partnership with the Sales and Trade Marketing Teams (Regional and Local), IT Sales Business Partners and the Global Sales Council to define and create Sales Technology products, manage ongoing technology investment budget as well as exploration and evaluation of new technologies & partnerships needed to deliver the best products and solutions for K-C for Trade Spend management and Revenue Management. The role should have a deep knowledge about Trade Promotion Management (Pre and Post Evaluation, Budget Control, Checkbook, Trade Funds management, Trade Payments and Claims/deduction management, etc.) and also Revenue Management capabilities (Pricing, Mix, Promotion, Assortment, Cost to Serve) and ability to apply understanding of the breadth of interactive & sales technologies in service of that, as well as be well connected with ongoing digital innovation, tools and platforms related to trade and revenue management. Scope/Categories Key Interfaces: Regional Sales VPs, Market Sales Directors, ITS Sales BPs, Regional and local Trade Marketing leaders, Regional IT BPs will be the Product stakeholders and the role will work with a team of Delivery Engine Leadership and software vendors. The scope will tackle all KC categories (cross category capabilities) for the sales function. Within Sales the scope is mainly on the focus is on Trade Promotion Management and Optimization, , mainly retail execution, store monitoring, sales force effectiveness and efficiencies, sales analytics (predictive and prescriptive).
