I. Major Responsibilities:

1.Compiles and maintains employee information for the I.D. photo system, parking and security access control system.

2.Assigns appropriate parking privileges for physicians, volunteers, students, residents and vendors based on function, need and hours worked.

3.Receives and submits payroll deductions forms from employees for weekly parking deductions. Updates the database for any appropriate changes.

4.Produces and sends out parking access bills to outside contractors on a monthly basis, receives payments, tracks payments, and sends payment checks to Finance for processing.

5.Receives requests for complimentary parking vouchers and issues discounted extended stay pass, and sends out the bills to the requesting departments.

II. Position Qualifications:

License/Certification/Education:

Required:

1.High school diploma.

Experience/Skills:

Required:

1.1-3 years of related office/clerical/administrative support experience.

2.Working knowledge of office equipment, personal computers, and uses of databases, spreadsheet programs, and MS Office.

3.Ability to work independently with minimum direction.

4.Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel
