DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION: Demonstrates proficiency in access management and analysis tools for key network applications.

Monitors access processes to ensure compliance with security policy. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user access needs. Manages internal IS and external end user expectations related to impending system and process changes.

Monitors and provides support for security applications in production. Manages access to key operating systems and enterprise applications. Uses analysis tools and methods for manipulation of user objects in support of access and project management.

Performs related responsibilities as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Six years of information technology experience OR four years of information technology experience and a bachelor's degree.

Two years of experience in security administration on large enterprise applications.

Must be knowledgeable in two or more application and/or operating systems. Must have good customer service skills and the ability to lead and engage others in various security related tasks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (MediumMax 25lbs): up to 25 lbs, 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 25 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.

Environmental exposures include, but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure Bio-hazardous waste Chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors Communicable diseases Electrical shock, Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation, Shift work, Travel may be required. Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, environmental conditions may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.

VIEW JOBS 10/17/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-15T00:00 Job Purpose: The Identity and Access Administrator is responsible for processing requests to add, change or revoke access rights and to make sure that only authorized users are granted the right to use a service within agreed SLAs. The ID and Access Administrator is also responsible for managing the Identity Management system, provisioning of applications into the identity/access management system and administration of access profiles. Key Responsibilities: Security Administration * Processes requests for access and the addition of new groups, systems, applications or users in a timely manner. * Performs impact assessments for new roles not defined within the identity and access management system. * Keeps and maintains accurate access control records, working documents and databases. * Ensures system security by making sure that system access is appropriate to the defined business need. * Ensures access controls meets the requirements as defined by security policy and license agreements. * Monitors unauthorized attempts to access company data and escalates threat activity to appropriate teams/management. * Ensures audit, modification and revocation of access rights is carried out. Service Desk and Incident Management * Creates and maintains user access standards documentation. Problem Management * Assists in the investigation and resolution of problems relating to system and application access. * Ensures remedial action is taken in event of incidents and threats caused by unauthorized access System Software * Monitors and maintains Identity and Access systems using available tools. * Works with vendors, admins & engineers to troubleshoot and fix identity and access system problems Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or relevant experience e.g. experience of working in IT and/or a customer service environment. * 3 years of working experience with access services including access requests process * Working experience with Microsoft applications – Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Working experience in a service desk environment * Working experience with single sign-on solutions Working experience with Oracle Identity and Access solutions such as Oracle Adaptive Authentication Management and Oracle Virtual Directory Cox Enterprises Atlanta GA
