The Global Supply Chain Accelerated Development Program provides participants the appropriate training and learning experiences that will prepare them for their first career position within the Company. The various parts of the program include the following:

  • An orientation to our Company and Division, including visiting the corporate headquarters in Cleveland, OH.

  • An overview of the operations within a paint plant, a specialty plant and a distribution service center (warehouse).

  • A total Supply Chain overview (from product concept to finished product) through online modules.

  • Transactional Lean, Accelerated Root Cause, and Six Sigma Training.

The program participant will also be assigned tasks and work on projects that will allow them to learn about the many different areas within the warehouse/DSC (Distribution Service Center) including:

safety, billing, inventory, shipping, operations, fleet operations, accounting, routing, human resources, equipment training and more.

After completion of the first 9 months of the program, the employee will also gain 6-9 months of experience as an acting supervisor within the warehouse/DSC including time on an off-shift.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment visa status

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment visa status in the future

Must be willing to relocate after graduation and upon completion of the Accelerated Development Program

Must have a four year Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8

Other Qualifications:

A four year Bachelor's degree in Distribution Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations/Industrial Management or related field is preferred

Previous Sherwin-Williams internship/co-op experience is strongly preferred

Other Operations internship/co-op experience is preferred

Demonstrated leadership skills

Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Problem solving ability

Organizational and time management skills

Project Management skills

As the Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision and training to assigned staff members, as well as monitoring assigned budget. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: * Provide administrative and supervision to the program and staff including, but not limited to, hiring, supervision, evaluation, disciplinary actions and termination of employees. * Provide clinical supervision to After School Program staff. * Provide weekly individual supervision to assigned staff and group supervision as needed. * Provide staff training programs to provide necessary skills to implement the After School Program. * Facilitate the implementation of clinical planning for clients as designed by the treatment team. * Identify treatment goals for all ASP clients. * Review and approve all proposed group curricula, ensuring that all curricula are based upon individual client treatment goals and supported by treatment plans. * Collaborate with parents, case managers, school personnel and other professionals on an as-needed basis to facilitate clients' treatment progress. * Oversight of day to day group programming including assuring the safety of clients and staff. * Participate in research activities to provide for the evaluation of the program's effectiveness and consumer satisfaction. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of the clinical record through the timely completion of assigned documentation in accordance with applicable licensing and accreditation regulations and standards. QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum Master's Degree in Social Work or related field. * Valid Ohio LISW-S or LPCC-S required. * Strong clinical skills including expertise in systemic family therapy, crisis intervention, family education, behavioral interventions, group work and substance abuse therapy. * Demonstrated supervisory skills. * Experience in working with children, adolescents and their families.
