Tasks

Position Objective:

The Academy intern will work closely with all seven Academy team members supporting all training initiative needs. Specifically, the Academy intern will assist all Academy managers in the development, analysis, editing and distribution of Academy training resources, certification plaques, certification reports and the logistics associated with all instructor-led training programs. Additionally, the Academy intern will support Academy Coordinator in various ad hoc financial and procurement tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Training curriculum development, editing, translating, archiving and video asset production.

  • Assist in the development, execution and management of the Taycan Product Launch Training Program.

  • Assist in the management of the Brand Training Program (PCBA 100) and its 22 training sessions.

  • Assistance in creating Purchase Requisitions in Zycus.

  • Monitor and track status of purchase requisitions in Zycus until purchase order creation.

  • Assist with Certification Plaque distribution.

  • Initiate class "no show" penalty charges through PCNA Finance.

Qualifications

Education:

BA in Education or BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills needed

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Effective organizational/project management and interpersonal skills helpful
