Environment & Physical Qualifications: Assigned work environments vary from site to site and may require services to be provided in a distance learning / therapy model.

The work environment is usually comprised of several adults and children in a classroom, clinic, or campus facility with supervisors traveling to multiple sites/clinics. Due to varied work environments, an employee may encounter noise levels that are moderate to loud. In addition, the job functions could include the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling.

You will need the following minimum qualifications to be considered: 48 College credits completed can provide reliable transportation must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ a current TB Test (within the last 6 months) Covid Vaccine Please note: Services must occur during non-school hours, usually in the afternoons between 2:30 and 7:00 PM on weekdays but could be on Saturdays.

Billable hours may not be available during summer breaks unless otherwise indicated by the Program Manager. This is a part-time position with non-exempt status which requires a minimum of four days a week availability in the afternoons or evenings and a minimum of a 4-month commitment. Preferred qualifications include: experience working with individuals with special needs bilingual in English & Spanish

At TES, you will be a part of the solution, helping us achieve goals that allow all students to learn and thrive. As a Tutor at TES, you will: provide services including, but not limited to, one-on-one tutoring in the areas of English-language arts and mathematics and homework assistance to those at-risk for not meeting grade-level monitor and report progress to parents, teachers, program managers, and others involved in the academic success of the client perform a variety of clerical duties related to tutoring services
