Job Summary
The Community School Coordinator will coordinate activities and align resources to support Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) in the development and implementation of efforts to improve and sustain community schools. In accordance with the California Community Schools Partnership Program (CCSPP) initiative, the Community School Coordinator supports and encourages LEAs and schools to work closely with teachers, students, families and the community.
The Community School Coordinator will facilitate the growth of community partnerships and improve student outcomes by maintaining an integrated focus on academics, health, social services, community development, and community engagement.
