The Department of Engineering Technology and Industrial Distribution Department (ETID) at Texas A&M University invites applications for academic professional track faculty positions at the lecturer, instructional professor, and professor of practice levels with teaching expertise related to industrial distribution for academic year 2019-2020. Applicants should be capable of teaching courses in one or more of the following areas:
Logistics and supply chain management, purchasing, quality, finance, industrial sales and marketing, leadership, strategic relationships and general industrial distribution. The successful applicants will teach at both the undergraduate and/or graduate levels in support of the development of the educational programs; advise and mentor students; participate in all aspects of the department's activities; and serve the profession. Instructional track professors may also teach regular graduate courses and special topic seminars, as well as supervise graduate in professional practicum experiences.

All position openings are subject to budgetary availability, student enrollment needs, programmatic needs and turnover rates.
Candidates must have undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering, supply chain management, industrial sales or a closely related field. Applicants with master's degree with significant teaching and/or industrial experience will also be considered for these positions. For the professor practice level titles, applicants must have, at the minimum, an earned bachelor level degree and substantial experience.
