ABA Tech / Registered Behavior Technician

We are looking for ABA Techs & RBTs for the Washtenaw, Monroe, Wayne county areas for In-home and in-center.

This position is great for an individual with interest in developing a career and being trained in specialized autism therapy services. This position is part-time with a permanent schedule. ABA Therapist will receive leveled training toward the Registered Behavior Technician Certification and/or supervision of BCaBA or BCBA certification hours.

Responsibilities

• Work One to One with a learner in an in home ABA Therapy program
• Work in a small group conducting play and social groups
• Work under supervision of BCBA
• Open to work summer programs
• Ability to implement written program and behavior plans
• Apply corrective feedback to client programs
• Engaging and ability to demonstrate fun and play to clients in treatment sessions
• Reliable staff for home and community based programs
• Ability to quickly (by week two) of training, methods of data documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Speech Pathology, or related fields
• Ability to independently lift 25-30 pounds
• Experience with children with special education needs
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and community sites
