Leidos has a career opening for a Disaster Recovery (DR) and Information System Contingency planning system engineer for Department of Commerce / Census in Greenbelt, MD
What You'll Get to Do:
Provide and be responsible for Enterprise-wide IT support for Host & System DR Environments (Cloud and On-Prem).
Provide support to the Client's COOP planning.
Position requires a system engineer with Cloud (preferably AWS) & On-Prem Information Systems experience that specializes in disaster recovery including the design, development, implementation, execution, documentation and maintenance of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), Information System Contingency Plans (ISCPs), and Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) in accordance with both Client RTO/RTP requirements and established Federal Directives, and NIST guidance.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) associated with these plans & requirements .
Support client's organizations in the development of their respective DRPs and ISCPs.
Support client's exercise development, execution, and after-actions documents.
