Leidos has a career opening for an Corporate Ethics Investigator located in Reston, VA.
Leidos is looking for a qualified candidate to fill an Ethics Investigator position. As a member of the Ethics and Compliance department, the successful candidate will report to the Director Investigations and will be responsible for investigating allegations of employee misconduct. As a member of the Ethics and Compliance Office, the candidate will also be responsible for supporting departmental initiatives and outreach. Some travel required.
Intake, triage, plan, and execute internal investigations into allegations of misconduct.
The candidate will function as a fact finder who collects and analyzes financial records, public records, correspondence, and other documentary evidence.
The candidate will also be responsible for conducting interviews with employees across the company.
BASIC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree and 5 -7 of related experience.
Experience conducting internal corporate investigations or audits (as part of an Ethics, Internal Audit, HR, or Legal function)
Advanced knowledge of information technology systems, and enterprise reporting tools
Experience conducting searches in forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, Axiom, or other tools such as eDiscovery systems
