Job DescriptionAs an Army National Guard Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in the interpretation and exploitation of intelligence gathered from or about the enemy. Intelligence Analysts provide Army personnel with information about enemy forces and potential battle areas, and use information derived from all intelligence disciplines to determine changes in enemy capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action.

Your training may enable you to supervise, coordinate, and participate in the analysis, processing, and distribution of strategic and tactical intelligence. Specific duties of the Intelligence Analyst may include: preparation of all-source intelligence products; providing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Synchronization support; processing incoming reports and messages; determining the significance and reliability of incoming information; establishing and maintaining systematic, cross-reference intelligence records and files; integrating incoming information with current intelligence holdings; and the preparation and maintenance of graphics.

Job training for an Intelligence Analyst requires 10 weeks of Basic Training, where you'll learn basic Soldiering skills, and 13 weeks of Advanced Individual Training and on-the-job instruction, including practice in intelligence gathering. Part of this time is spent in the classroom and part in the field.

Requires military enlistment. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications. Actual MOS assignment may depend on MOS availability. Benefits subject to change.

Most non-prior service candidates will earn between $196.26 and $254.91 per drill weekend.

The Analyst ensures that productivity and operational goals are met in order to deliver customer satisfaction. Individual will be working in a dynamic environment that focuses on delivering continuous measurable improvement to the customer. * Work with GM's WMS Control Room Lead and Ryder Senior WMS Analyst to manage part attribute and location guide updates, and ensure WMS is configured correctly. * Monitor, manage and/or address WMS Control Room alerts such as last container picked, part below min, system generated cycle counts, etc. * Troubleshoot receiving and inventory discrepancies to ensure proper material flow is maintained in an expedient manner. * Ability to solve complex inventory accuracy issues and work in a high pace and challenging manufacturing environment. * Support Quality Team with initiating inventory recall from their location(s) as well as assigning lock codes as needed. * Previous experience with Ryder/GM systems such as LCM, MGO, Min Tracker a plus. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and SQL applications. Requirements * High school diploma required ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree preferred * A minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience preferred * Five (5) years of relevant experience strongly recommended * Knowledge of MS Office necessary * Candidate must possess: * The ability to communicate effectively with management on all levels and be customer-focused * Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills * Knowledge of GM MGO system preferred * Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, work with a team and be flexible with work schedule Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Customer service and processing of administrative functions * Monitor supplier schedules and shipments to protect assembly plant production * Constant GM, Ryder and supplier communication * Review/analyze ADHOC reports * Investigate supplier issues * Report/issue PRRs and alarms * Analyze plant counts and supplier shipments * Review/Respond to LCM part mins/shortages, * Request/process counts accordingly * Add/cancel/adjust supplier routing per Ryder LMS database * Ability to monitor Supply Chain to meet customer requirements Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
