Job Description: :
Oversees a small project or phases of a larger project. Coordinates activities of the project team, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project. Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Must be familiar with system's scope and project's objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Communicates with Project Manager regarding status of specific projects.
This position supports Sprint's transformational Talent Acquisition team to bring creative ideas, problem solving skills and a whole lot of fun as we attract and recruit new talent. This role assists the team through candidate sourcing support as well as marketing & communications of Talent Acquisition's internal and external platforms and candidate attraction strategies. This includes:
Using recruitment sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, boolean searches, talent communities and other avenues to identify and campaign to relevant candidate audiences.
Administrative updates and design optimization of Talent Acquisition recruitment marketing technology platforms, social media accounts and digital media channels.
Makes recommendations on paid ad campaigns to generate ROI.
Partners cross-functionally for the development of internal training materials and facilitates the creation and execution of various Talent Acquisition learning and development resources.
Researches, analyzes and leverages key data points to optimize resources and/or to determine effectiveness and justification of Talent Acquisition initiatives.
Additional sourcing and recruitment marketing projects as assigned.
This position is located in Overland Park, KS and is not remote work or relocation eligible.
High School diploma or equivalent
One year experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment
One year experience administering small projects.
One year of experience with advanced candidate sourcing techniques.
Experience with HTML and web design.
Experience with marketing tactics, principles and tools.
Experience with curating content on social media platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
