Job Summary

Supports the sales function through policy setting and administrative coordination. Develops, implements, communicates and administers sales incentive programs, plans, policies and quotas. Maintains or audits information needed to track revenue. Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system. Analyzes sales performance results, and prepares reports, presentations and recommendations for sales and/or finance management. Provides clerical/administrative support to a sales office or centralized sales function. Processes data and generates routine reports regarding sales results, sales force earnings, and market conditions. Maintains office records, calendars and travel itineraries. Answers questions about the organization's products and/or services. May assist in customer service functions. Operates a personal computer and appropriate software packages or its equivalent. May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position.

The SMB Wireline Sales Assistant position will be an integral part of the sales team assisting with new business growth. They will assist the SMB Wireline BDMs with activities related to acquisition of new logo accounts within the Wireline segment that have low/no market penetration. In addition, they will enable their SMB Wireline BDMs to become more efficient, freeing up time to be in front of prospects/customers in a selling capacity. The Sprint Wireline organizational focus is primarily sales of converged network solutions.

The SMB Wireline Sales Assistant will assist with lead generation of prospective customers by leading activities that will include but may not be limited to the following.

  • Creation of targeted contact lists by Market that will be used for marketing and prospecting

  • Research and pull contact information for designated titles base on solutions that we are targeting

  • Administrate the account assignment in Sprint's CRM tool.

  • Work in conjunction with the Area Sales Directors to create customer presentations and proposal templates that can be used as best practices to make the teams more efficient regarding administrative time.

  • Assist Area Sales Director as a liaison to other internal cross functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Implementation, and Technical Support to assist in the achievement of business objectives for the Wireline organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • One year experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree

  • One-year experience in solutions/applications selling

  • One-year oral, written and presentation skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of CRM and Lead Generation tools

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Summary of Position: Assists and supports the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational aspects of the apartment community while maintaining an elevated level of customer service at all times. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Complete transactions by accurately entering and updating all prospective and current resident information to ensure the integrity of the system and operates the community management system (OneSite). * Completes the daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community by collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing daily bank deposits and reconciling bank accounts, preparing financial reports, and processing invoices and payables. * Reviews resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/or late fees owed, communicates with residents regarding outstanding balances, implements procedures for collecting on delinquencies, and enforces the lease to maximize revenue while maintaining a high level of customer service at all times. * Reviews and submits invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment by reconciling work performed or products purchased, obtaining Community Manager approval, coding charges to appropriate Chart of Account codes, and managing communication between the vendor/contractor and accounting. * Follows the Company's established procedures related to evictions by following proper notice requirements, evicting residents, and representing the community as required in court hearings and eviction proceedings. * Processes resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements, applying appropriate deposit and lease cancellation fees, and processing the disposition in accounting. * Promotes resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and takes appropriate action to resolve and address service issues in accordance with established procedures and legal requirements. * Acts as the on-site supervisor in the absence of the Community Manager by organizing and delegating daily work, coordinating maintenance and make-ready tasks with the Service Supervisor, and managing the operation of the community in compliance with company policies, procedures, and business practices. * Assists in managing the owner relationship by meeting with the owners, conducting community tours, providing updates and information about the community's performance, and responding to owner requests. * Assists and supports leasing and marketing efforts by greeting prospective residents, gathering information about guest via the Guest Card, showing apartment homes, closing and obtaining the lease deposit, and assisting the prospective resident in completing the rental application and credit verification.
