Official title is a Project Solutions Supervisor.
PURPOSE: Plans, directs, and coordinates activities with high financial impact to ensure that business goals and financial objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and budgets. Proactively collaborate with all levels of management to design and create solutions to met customer specifications. Analyze and report on transactions to stakeholders.
Reviews large project, builder and business opportunities as well as special initiatives to support market development and growth. The goal is to secure profitable new business that supports Enterprise growth.
Assist with development and communication of Negotiated Sales Tool capabilities to the sales org and other delivery partners to include project guideline information, reporting and overall solution creation.
Prepare highly complex ad-hoc analysis with objectives that include assessing opportunities, evaluating profitability, quantifying ROI, testing scenarios and building forecast and trend analysis.
Formulates the best "solutions package" based on customer needs analysis performed by sales representatives and best practices to meet the required business needs of the customer.
Develop and maintain processes that adhere to and assure compliance with annual audit practices and assures legal compliance.
Manage and develop the PST team function, providing leadership and direction corresponding with program and process changes.
Maintain product margin analysis to assure company profitability with all initiatives; maintain customer history and all financial dealings.
Supervises department personnel in the Project Solutions Team as it relates to personnel activities, issues, and performance.
Bachelors degree in business or marketing and 3-5 years of management experience; or equivalent with demonstrated performance results or equivalent demonstrated skills and experience.
A demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
Strong communicator with sales skills necessary to persuade/attain support in order to provide the required solution to the field.
Strong analytical skills with ability to understand product margins and the impact offers have on profitability.
