WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Learn adult theory Help facilitate team building activities and escape rooms Build job aids and strategic communication plans for the team Shadow and provide feedback on trainings Develop a training for UWM Qualifications Graduating with a bachelor’s degree in 2025 or 2026 (current junior/senior status) The ability to work Monday thru Friday, 40-hours a week, fully on-site in Pontiac, MI from the end of May to mid-August An openness to learning, willingness to be coached, and ability to be flexible in our every-changing industry Ability to thrive in a team environment A strong work ethic A drive to succeed NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: Experienced with facilitating or presenting information Interested in the learning & development field Interested in Adult Learning Theory Exhibits a growth mindset
