The Associate Systems Analyst Integration has responsibility for the implementation, administration, maintenance and support of data integration routines between various transactional applications, management reporting/visualization tools, and analytic solutions. This position will provide day to day operational and technical support for users of those services and participate in project based work leading to the development and deployment of new and upgraded dashboards, data models, and analytical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate, implement, administer and maintain data integration required by various application and business intelligence projects.

  • Participate in architecture, implementation, design, mapping, administration, maintenance, documentation and support of all data integration code and schedules and ensure continuous 24x7 operations.

  • Performs Ad-Hoc Reporting and troubleshooting when data integration routines are not operational and follow through on resolution and root cause.

  • Provide technical support, direction, and guidance to peers, leadership and associates on the overall data integration process and strategy as it relates to the IT and business strategies.

  • Communicate and coordinate with the department and the business to minimize impact during maintenance and upgrade windows. Ensure thorough planning, testing and approval from the business before any transition or implementation.

  • Research, evaluate, monitor and recommend emerging technology and leads investigation and adaptation of beneficial data technologies.

  • Develops guidelines and upgrade techniques for the operational procedure, support and recovery of dashboards, data models, and analytic solutions. Maintain updated documentation as required.

  • Partner with vendors and customers to ensure requirements are gathered and documented.

  • On-call to support continuous operations.

Performs other job related duties as assigned by management.

Education

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.

Position Requirements

  • Exposure to Project Management essentials preferred but not required.

  • Must exhibit the ability to effectively interface with peers, employees, management and customers within the organization.

  • Must exhibit the ability to understand a wide range of business processes.

  • Must exhibit a high proficiency in analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Must communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

  • SQL or PL/SQL intermediate to advanced experience, specifically with querying and reporting.

  • Knowledge of ETL tools, ERP applications, assorted languages, data standards and protocols such as SWIFT, ASP.NET, XML, Java, Oracle EBS, SAP, COLTS, JIRA, SalesForce, SAP PI, and Informatica are a plus.

  • Experience with database architecture, data mapping, and data genealogy are beneficial, but not required.

  • Experience leading projects and working in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serves as first level contact of the business for new projects, improvement analyses and inquires, and provides coaching to BSA I & II for any systems questions as needed. * Architects solutions and develops functional specifications for system changes in Commercial (Order to Cash) area such as Trade Promotion Management (TPM), retail execution, order management, and pricing * Influences the functional Long Term Plan with a technology acumen and actively contributes to the IT business plan. * Leads continuous improvement opportunities and appropriately challenges processes to ensure global consistency. * Evaluates and develops reliable and efficient solutions to fulfill complex business requirements * Responsible for SAP system configuration design, unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance, and deployment, providing post-implementation process and application support. * Creates detailed project plans and estimates; manages functional projects through the project lifecycle. * Acts as work stream leader from start to finish with accountability for successful project delivery within area of responsibility. * Fosters and maintains good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
