This individual is responsible for developing& conducting methods of Data Acquisition testing, including but not limitedto relative parts, systems, component testing, and full vehicle.
Completion of assigned tasks to assistin the development and testing of various mechanical or electrical systems,such as: vehicle frame, steering, suspension, axles, drivelines, seating, rollcages, body panels, lighting, electrical harness and electrical system design,microprocessor programming etc.
Use data acquisition systems andprocessing software to generate technical reports.
Work within defined project timelinesto complete tasks according to project schedule.
Revise/review and create StandardOperating Procedures.
Creating test and analysis plans for productvalidation.
Resolve and document design issuesfound during testing.
Participate in cross functional designreviews and communicate testing results based in fact and theory.
Work with design and simulationengineers to facilitate Finite Element Analysis (FEA) correlation on Components& Assemblies for stress, thermal etc.
Follow TSV product development processand methods for tracking project status and open issues.
Frequent contact with other functionalareas within TSV and outside suppliers.

Proficient in verbal and writtencommunications and capable of using PC based spreadsheet and word processingsystems and capabilities. Proficiencyusing Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Microsoft Excel.
Previous experience with use of datalogging equipment, software programming, utilizing strain gages, load cells,flowmeters, thermocouples, pressure sensors/gages etc. to record applicabledata is preferred.
Must possess a valid driver's licenseto operate vehicles.
Must work in a team environment.
Must follow all safety rules.
Visual Basic orother programming languages.
Engineeringanalysis software, such as nCode, Test Lab, LabVIEW.
