Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $20-23/hour (Depending on experience) Job Summary: As a Production Lead, you’ll oversee daily production activities, support team members to maximize performance, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. You’ll collaborate across departments, maintain quality standards, and ensure equipment is well-maintained to keep operations running smoothly.

Duties: Evaluate and improve production processes and structures for maximum efficiency. Support the recruiting and hiring process by working with the human resources team. Implement policies and strategies to boost productivity and efficiency.

Build a positive and engaging company culture for the production team. Collaborate with team members and other departments to set and achieve goals. Schedule and oversee routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates effectively.

Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to maximize their performance. Requirements: Proven experience in production or manufacturing leadership roles.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently in a cold environment (30°ree;F). Effective communication skills for collaboration and team coordination.

Familiarity with production equipment and maintenance scheduling. Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and process improvements. Contact Information:
