1St Shift-Az CNC Machinist IV

Offering Sign on Bonus, $500 payable at 6-month anniversary, $750 payable at 12-month anniversary Machinist I, II and III capabilities: Work directly with engineering design team and programing department to:

Provide/recommend manufacturing methods Evaluate drawings and provide feedback on GD&T according to design intent Determine raw material dimensions Programming: Write & Edit NC Code at Machine CAD/CAM experience a plus Machine Set Up: Determine and/or create appropriate fixture based on part drawing Determine clamping based on setup book and/or program Determine appropriate cutting tools and holders Inspection: Evaluate critical features based off understanding of design intent Determine appropriate inspection equipment and frequency 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 5:30am-3:30pm, Some Saturdays may be required.
