JOB SUMMARY:

Cleans and resets tables in restaurants

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Throughoutthe shift maintain an adequate supply of china, silver, glassware and otherfood service accessories at assigned stations.

  • Clearstables of all items when customers have left and places dirty dishesappropriately in dishwasher area.

  • Setstables for service.

  • Escortsguests from podium to assigned station when needed, in a professional,courteous and friendly manner.

Removes unneeded silverware and china from table after seating the guests.

  • Assistsand takes direction from Wait staff in order to promote fast, courteous foodservice to customers.

  • Familiarizesself with food menu and preparation times so that correct information is givento guests.

  • Familiarizesself with, and adheres to, the principles of excellent guest service andinteractive skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • HighSchool graduate preferred

  • Previousbusser experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluentin English

  • Abilityto read and write

  • Abilityto uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations andrecognize standards required by a regulated business
