About the Position:
The Operations Manager will lead and inspire a team dedicated to excellence, community engagement, and impressive growth. Here’s how you’ll help us reach new heights:
Lead and Inspire: Motivate a frontline team of 10-15 with an infectious enthusiasm for our mission, managing daily operations while building a team committed to growth and exceptional customer service, with a willingness to engage in frontline work when necessary.
Drive Operational Success: Ensure seamless execution of operational systems to hit key performance metrics, achieve daily revenue targets, and push our growth to double the size of the business!
Maximize Profitability: Drive financial success by carefully managing wage percentages, disposal costs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Be the Face of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?: Lead community engagement efforts, foster relationships with local organizations, and actively pursue new business partnerships. You’re the ambassador who will elevate our brand in Tucson.
Streamline and Improve: Develop and refine operational processes, including team scheduling, fleet management, and daily logistics, to create a foundation for sustainable growth.
Train and Develop a Winning Team: Build and empower a team through comprehensive training, ensuring high performance, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.
Build Strong Customer and Commercial Relations: Be the escalation point for key customer and vendor issues, engage with commercial clients, handle job estimates, and collaborate with the commercial accounts team to bring in new business.
Qualifications:
Proven operations leadership experience, with a knack for motivating and inspiring a team.
Outstanding communication skills for community engagement and relationship-building.
Experience in process improvement and achieving key performance metrics.
Passion for environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.
Benefits:
An annual salary of $55,000-$75,000 depending on experience, plus performance based bonuses
We offer health insurance after 60 days of employment, through which you can also get dental and vision insurance
After 6 months of employment, you are eligible to sign up for a 401(k), which we match up to 4%.
