Auto req ID: 164951BR Job Description Administrative Assistant / Cashier General Summary: This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by providing general administrative support to the Management Team and the Frontline Employees. Daily Duties: * Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, faxing, creating presentations, etc. * Perform general support to the location management team * Be adequately proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook * Maintain and update employee boards * Schedule and conduct Orientation for all new hire candidates * Process bills for location and Management team * Oversee donation and free goods requests process from start to finish * Maintain and order office supplies * Able to perform moderate physical labor (i.e. lift up to 40lbs, being able to maneuver stairs and a warehouse environment) * Inventory management through the warehouse/driver "check-in/check-out" process * Coordinate on-site and off-site large departmental meetings and events * Answer incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner * Interacting with customers in person in a professional and pleasant manner * Resolve issues and respond to routine inquiries or requests for additional information as needed and redirect to appropriate parties * Maintain and update distribution and contact lists * Manage various Full Service Vending processes * Highly adaptable and able to prioritize daily work against ever changing retail business needs * Flexible and dependable (i.e. ability to work holidays and OT) upon request * Builds and demonstrates a team atmosphere * Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by direct supervisor and/or local management * Count all currency utilizing coin sorter and bill counter; lifting up to 40lbs. * Process route checks through Bank of America scanner * Reconcile route activity * Create deposit documentation for armored car service pick up * Pull previous end of day cashiering paperwork from the file room and submit to AR as requested * Manage all ordering of coin and deliveries from Loomis Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications: * 2+ years' experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company preferred * Bachelor Degree preferred * Detailed knowledge and experience ¡n Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel * Ability to become proficient ¡n multiple IT applications * Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Strong sense of urgency * Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills — Discretion with sensitive information * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills * Respects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
