The Branch Manager leads his/her team through consistent execution of the Branch Playbook to deliver on Branch Goals. Branch Staffing & Performance Coaching: * Responsible for the staffing of the branch, including recruiting/identifying talent, interviewing and selecting the branch team * Partner with Area Retail Leader and Operations Leader to ensure staffing levels are aligned to staffing model * Instill Key's vision and values with branch team * Create an engaging environment for clients and employees * Responsible for daily execution of the branch playbook * Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs by utilizing the Financial Wellness Guide and recommends products and services to help the client achieve their financial goals * Grow the business through tactics – Retention, Expansion and Acquisition * Develop centers of influence and networks in the community to identify prospective client referrals * Lead in daily branch huddles and hold team accountable to related activities and expectations * Develop branch staff through observational coaching sessions, joint sales calls and using the coaching model and developing/utilizing individual development plans * Responsible for developing the branch team's understanding of Key's products and services, Key's sales and service process and the competitive landscape * Execute a consistent disciplined coaching and performance management process providing training and recognizing/rewarding high performers * Lead by example and ensure consistent delivery of distinctive service for all clients * Develop the skills and confidences required of a high-performing team and profitably grow the business through enduring client relationships * Responsible for successful onboarding and training of new employees * Develop strong partnerships with Operations Leaders, Financial Advisors, Mortgage Advisors, Small Business colleagues and other line of business partners focusing on client acquisition and deepening the relationship of current clients; effectively manage internal and external COIs Branch Operations: * Provide guidance and direction to branch staff positions to ensure compliance of regulatory, security and internal controls, which includes timely completion of all branch operations tasks * Ensure satisfactory (or better) branch audits * Review and certify completion of continuity and recovery activities * Ensure the branch focuses on operational processes to enhance the client experience * Report and follow up on branch facility issues that hinder branch operations * Monitor and coach customer service behaviors to exceed service measurement goals within the branch * Provide opportunities for the service staff to observe sales interaction * Accountable for daily NSF review/weekly overdraft monitoring * Ensure that the Branch operations are operating effectively/efficiently, maintain compliance, reporting requirements and client needs are being met * Manage employee hours worked in accordance to and compliant with Key's time tracking policies Non Business and Business Intensive Branches: * High School Diploma or 3 years of branch management experience * 3 years' experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team. * General understanding of financial statements and concepts * Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports * Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to further promote business * Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners, as this role will require significant influence of partners such as Key Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking sales professionals * Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and possess strong public speaking skills * Working knowledge of PC (MS Windows and Office Products) * Ability to work branch hours to include weekends and occasional evenings * Physical Requirements: Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license in order to make outside sales calls, ability to communicate face to face and on the phone with clients, frequent use of hands to manipulate/grasp objects, occasional bending and lifting from floor height, frequent lifting of 1 – 10 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. Full travel expenses and/or relocation assistance is available. Primary responsibility of providing the full breadth of MFLC (military family life counseling) counseling services to military service members and their families at military installations. Services include non-medical, short term, walk around counseling, training/health and wellness presentations, provision of health fairs, and consultation to installation command regarding behavioral health issues. Works closely with the installation and military branch Points of Contact (POC) to assure that the program is provided within scope and meets the needs of the installation. * Provides non-medical, short term, solution focused, walk around counseling directly to service and family members. Services include assessment, brief counseling and consultation, action planning, referral to resources (assuring linkage as appropriate), and follow-up as indicated. Delivers training and health and wellness presentations, participates in health fairs and other base/installation activities as requested/ directed. Job Description C4ISR Engineer FWA MTC General Summary Responsible for performing system management and system administration functions on a variety of Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) and related equipment employed at the Mission Training Complex (MTC). In support of individual digital command training and exercise support for collective events, as well as providing support in the integration of Command & Control (C2) systems with site simulation and stimulation systems. These functions include the installation, maintenance, and control of various C2 systems, applications for maneuver, logistics, intelligence, and fire support as well as the underlying computer operating systems. Likewise, designs, configures, documents, tests, and modifies computer applications and networks for use in an integrated battle command systems training environment. Schedule, initiate, and troubleshoot Video Telephone Conferences (VTC). Maintain VTC suites and the equipment that resides in them. Principle Duties and Responsibilities 50% Setup, configure, integrate and maintain a mix of, computer servers, battle command C2 systems, and supporting information systems in accordance with user specified technical architectures, within reconfigurable battalion and brigade tactical operation center training environments, to support the conduct of digital battle command staff training and exercises. Ensure that systems conform to baseline specifications as dictated by branch standard operation procedures and guidelines. Designs, develops and documents Networks, to include Local Area Networks Virtual Networks, and subnet strategies. Analyzes, tests, and modifies computer systems, networking protocols and software programs to optimize systems performance in training operations. 20% Analyze, evaluate and modify software applications and hardware on the systems to adhere to the training specifications of end users and ensure that copies of said systems' software and hardware are up-to-date. Also, test new software and hardware as they are updated and released, identify flaws in system configuration, identify software inconsistencies, and implement corrections. Serve as a technical subject matter expert and system administrator for designated MCIS, C2 system clients to include the Tactical Mission Command (TMC) Server, Global Command and Control System Army, Air and Missile Defense Work Station, Command Post of the Future Joint Capabilities Release and Tactical Air Integration System as well other existing and emerging C2 platforms supporting the maneuver, logistics, fires and intelligence army war fighter functional areas. 10% Schedules, initiate, and troubleshoot VTCs. Maintain the VTC suites and the equipment that resides with them. Ensure the VTC do not conflict with other scheduled VTCs. Ensure audio and video are working properly and ensure the system is tested prior to the start of all VTCS. 10% Serve as a technical subject matter expert and system administrator for designated computer servers and battle command C2 supporting information systems to include the Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint Portal Server, Adobe Connect Server and other Servers as necessary. 5% Provide technical support in the daily operations of training at the MTC. Develop and maintain system documentation on C2 systems, including procedures for installation, configuration, testing and system management. This also includes presentation and training materials for system administrators. Assist in site wide execution of integrated operational testing between simulation and battle command systems by analyzing information throughput, data flows, documenting system settings, and troubleshooting system faults. Provide mentorship, guidance, training and work leadership to system analysts with less experience and understanding of specific functions, battle command C2 systems, ISM systems or operating systems. Consult with system integrators, system administrators, and computer specialists from other staff sections and organizations to design optimized system architectures in support of training. 5% Administer security procedures via deployment of Anti-Virus Software and Firewall technology to all training approved systems. Demonstrate awareness of procedures for handling US Army classified software data and systems during classified training events in a controlled setting. Analyze, evaluate and modify software applications and hardware on the systems to adhere to the training specifications of end users and ensure that copies of said systems' software and hardware are up-to-date. Also, test new software and hardware as they are updated and released, identify flaws in system configuration, identify software inconsistencies, and implement corrections. System Administrator. The System Administrator (SA is a person employed to maintain and operate a computer system and/or network. SA's are members of the IA Workforce and have been deemed to have [1]crucial responsibilities. The duties of a SA are wide-ranging and vary widely from PEO system to system. SA's are charged with installing, supporting, and maintaining servers or other computer systems, and planning for and responding to service outages and other problems. Other duties include scripting or light programming, project management for systems-related projects, supervising or training computer operators/trainees, and being the consultant for computer problems beyond the knowledge of the technical support staff. To perform his or her job, a system administrator must blend technical skills and requirements of the applicable IA regulations. Some other duties included in AR 25-2 are: Enforce system access, operation, maintenance, and disposition requirements. Ensure that personnel meet required security investigation, clearance, authorization, mission requirement, and supervisory approval before granting access to the IS. Report security violations and incidents to the servicing RCERT in accordance with Section VIII, Incident and Intrusion Reporting. Conduct required IAVM scanning and vulnerability assessments with approved software as authorized by their IAM/IASO. SAs/NAs are not limited to only IAVM scanning, but should be conducting comprehensive network assessments of their networks as authorized. Ensure CM includes all pertinent patches and fixes by routinely reviewing vendor sites, bulletins, and notifications and proactively updating systems with fixes, patches, definitions, and service packs with IAM or IAPM approval. Participates in special projects as required. Education Education and Experience Requirement Contract Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or scientific discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience. Maintain DoD 8570.01-m Certifications for IAT level II (Security+). GDIT Requirement: Associates Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. Qualifications 5-8 years of directly related experience supporting network operations. Secret clearance required. Provides the full breadth of MFLC consultation and counseling services to the command structure and military service members and their families as an embedded counselor assigned to a dedicated military unit. Solely responsible for providing MFLC services including non-medical, short term, walk around counseling, training/health and wellness presentations, and consultation to the brigade/regiments command regarding behavioral health issues with a unique understanding of the particular military unit, cultural and mission. Embedded within the command and requires a unique and sophisticated senior relationship management skill set to develop and manage the complex relationships necessary to successfully work closely with the command personnel and leadership hierarchy providing the highest level of consultative services. * Provides non-medical, short term, solution focused, walk around counseling directly to service and family members of a dedicated military unit (brigade, wing or regiment) as an embedded counselor. Services include assessment, brief counseling and consultation, action planning, referral to resources (assuring linkage as appropriate), and follow-up as indicated. Delivers training and health and wellness presentations and activities as requested/ directed. Enters counselor activity data on a daily basis through smart phone, web, or fax to assure that reporting is accurate from assigned installation, while maintaining client / service member confidentiality. * Cultivates and maintains direct, high level relationships with high level commanders and personnel within the assigned military unit, utilizing superior senior relationship management skills and recognizing the unique structure and mission of the assigned military unit. Responsible for development of an excellent working relationship with the installation POC (Point of Contact), command, and the command POC. * Creates a presence within the brigade/regiment in which the service and family members feel comfortable approaching the counselor, recognizing the program to be confidential. Establish and maintain working relationships with community resources and provide appropriate linkages for service members and their families. Partners with POC to provide MFLC services in a manner that addresses the needs of the brigade/regiment. * Provides MFLC response to critical incidents, surge, and special requests as directed by the POC and approved by the OSD program manager.
