JOB SUMMARY: The Website, Online Sales & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for: (1) ensuring the company's available inventory is visible on online medias including the company website and social media sites and (2) responding to customer inquiries. Additionally, this position plays a vital role in establishing the company's online presence and marketing through an effective website and social media strategy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Coordinate sales' team schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information to the team. * Timely maintain equipment listings on company website and social media. * Coordinate with equipment manager regarding availability of equipment for sale. * Coordinate with parts and service managers to list online specials. * Reply to sales and general inquiries via phone, web messaging, and email; consult with management team to answer complex questions. * Provide high levels of timely and quality customer service. * Assist in developing sales and marketing materials. * Recommend updates to and maintain the company website. * Positively reflect the company and create an effective end-user experience based on best practices, corporate and local values, usability, professionalism, and efficiency. * Stay up today on website security, designing, coding technology and best practices. * Track website traffic/metrics. * Per management approval, plan, implement, and monitor the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness and sales. * Research best practices, trends, and how to best attract an online audience. * Create engaging visual and text media. * Track related metrics/web traffic. * Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. * Perform other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no supervisory responsibility. Job Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: * Intermediate knowledge of sales strategy and best practices. * Intermediate knowledge of web design, web administration, and web security. * Intermediate knowledge of a broad range of established and up-and-coming social media platforms and ability to communicate information in a way that yields desired outcomes. * Advanced knowledge of heavy equipment function and brands. * Advanced technical writing skills. * Excellent customer service, active listening and follow-up skills. * Basic working knowledge of math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal points. * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to deal effectively with a variety of interpersonal relationships and situations. * Excellent time management skills and ability to use time effectively during scheduled shifts. * Ability to be a team player and facilitate a team-oriented atmosphere. * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and other technical documents. * Ability to conduct business ethically with customers, vendors, and co-workers. * Ability to utilize a desktop or laptop computer and working knowledge of business software applications presently used by the Company (Microsoft Office Suite).Ability to learn new applications. * Ability to be detail oriented and ensure work of service department is performed efficiently and accurately. * Ability to work a flexible schedule. * Ability to maintain a professional appearance. * Ability to work in a Native Corporation multi-business environment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in related field preferred. * 1 year of sales experience. * 1 year of web design and administration experience. * Valid state driver's license and be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of Yukon's Driving Policy. * Must be able to pass background check, driving and drug screen. Frequently – Sitting, Standing Walking, Talking, Grasping, Lifting 10 lbs. or less, Carrying 25 lbs. or less, Eye/Hand Coordination (Foot). VISUAL ACUITY: Continuously – Close Vision (Clear 20" or less), Color Vision (Ability to distinguish colors). Frequently - Distance Vision (Clear at 20' or More), Peripheral Vision (Ability to observe an area that can be seen up & down or to the left & right while eyes are fixed on a given point), Depth Perception (Three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances & spatial relationships), Ability to Adjust Focus (Ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus). MENTAL EFFORT: Continuously – Thinking Analytically, Using Effective Verbal and Written Communication. Frequently – Handling Stress, Concentrating on Tasks, Discriminating Colors, Remember Details, Making Decisions, Adjusting to Changes, Examining/Observing Details. ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS: Frequently – Working with Others and Working Alone. Occasionally – Inside - Hot/Heat/Cold. Outside – Hot and Cold Temperatures. Hazards – Sharp Objects/Tools, Fumes, Gases Odors, Dust, Moving Mechanical Parts, Moise and Wet/Slippery Floors/Surfaces.
