Duties: * Work in cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements * Work with various departments to identify areas of process improvement * Design, develop and validate financial reports * Create, optimize and maintain SQL queries and data warehouses using MSSQL. * Assist the BI team in the creation of dashboards for business intelligence. * Manage user rights within IBM Cognos * Manage user rights within Deltek Costpoint * Plan and prioritize work to promptly ensure business needs are met. * Respond to all support ticket requests within the time frame outlined in our IT support policies * Analysis performed is thorough, and results are verified for quality and accuracy * Analysis is well documented * Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope * Provide training and guidance to new department team members to facilitate knowledge sharing and cross training * Perform other duties as assigned in support of team efforts and results. * Provides technical guidance to identify system deficiencies and analyze system problems and solutions Required Skills Qualifications/Skills: * Two – five-plus year's equivalent experience is required. * Bachelor's degree in quantitative field * Strong background in relational databases * Understanding of data warehousing techniques. * Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries * Professional written and verbal communication skills * Excellent interpersonal skills and organization * Ability to work in a face-paced environment and solve complex problems * Preferred Experience: Finance background, Deltek Product Suite; main focus in Deltek Costpoint, IBM Cognos, T&E, Budgeting, Extensibility, Patching, and Integration. * Other Development tools: SSRS, PowerBI, Cognos, Github
