Completes resets and revisions. * Maintains accurate inventory counts; maintains the accuracy of on-hand quantities including, but not limited to, basic departments, stockroom, and overstock locations. * Assist with ensuring the Outdate program is followed with team members. * Responsible for basic department pricing and making daily price changes; ensures proper signage is displayed at the store to support accurate pricing of products. Ensures any additional pricing tasks related to local regulations and/or regulatory compliance programs are completed accurately and within the required time frame. * Assist with bookkeeping activities, including cash report, cash counts, ledgers, and bill payment as necessary or as requested. * Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance, including requesting store or system repairs as required in manager absence, or as requested by manager. * Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). For consumable items, assists in stock rotation, using the first in, first out method and restock outs. * Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment. * Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested. * Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products). * Responsible for bag checks of team members before leaving the store. * Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers. * Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned. SUMMARY The Regional Director, Strategic Initiatives (RDSI) is responsible for account, relationship and business development with BioScrip's regional customers in order to achieve or exceed planned new start, census, and Gross Profit goals for BioScrip's Core therapies. The successful candidate will focus on driving BioScrip market share with network hospital systems, multi-region care provider networks, regional payors, and large physician groups through C level relationships. The RDSI will regularly coordinate with National Payor account team, Specialty Sales, and local Account Executives and Clinical Liaisons. This person is a professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where their commitment to driving revenue growth and market share gain will have a direct and immediate impact on the bottom line of the company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Develops comprehensive and detailed sales territory plans by strategic customer market and product in order to meet regional revenue and profitability objectives. * Identifies and develops relationships with C-Suite level personnel in order to understand and advance the accounts strategic goals * Conducts detailed sales analysis, including account identification, account penetration, and opportunity prioritization in order to maximize selling efforts. * Creates account strategy and resource plans necessary to successfully obtain strategic opportunities and accounts. * Forecasts monthly and annual revenue and new patient starts by customer and therapy type via Salesforce.com. * Maintains opportunity pipeline sufficient to achieve regional revenue targets. * Coordinates and aligns with local, regional, national and specialty sales efforts in order to capture pull through revenue from National Payor relationships, effectively execute on strategic initiatives, maximize market penetration and accelerate market share growth. * Positions BioScrip home infusion services and products with executive level contacts at large referral source systems. * Identifies and pursues strategic partnerships opportunities with patient referral sources. * Drives revenue growth and market share gain with Core infusion therapies. * Communicates customer feedback, strategic opportunities, competitive intelligence, and market changes or trends to sales leadership. * Leverages sales marketing collateral, market share reports, customer census, billing data, and historical revenue and opportunity information prioritize regional sales approach. * Interacts with regional branch resources (Pharmacy, Intake, Reimbursement, Nursing, etc.) to ensure quality of service for strategic accounts. * Each employee is responsible for adhering to those performance programs, policies, procedures, guidelines and internal control standards established to guide the operation of the Company. Mathematical Skills Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as quota calculations, discounts, commissions.
