Additionally, the role is responsible for ensuring quality and consistency in the delivery of all contractually required information to the USACE Huntsville Center (CEHNC) in support of Request for Proposals (RFP) and project awards designed, procured and managed by the CEHNC. The Site Leader helps JCFS local PMO personnel perform by providing PMO support team guidance, aligning PMO priorities and ensuring contractual compliance in support of the JCFS business. The Site Leader communicates with JCFS field sales and field operations personnel on a regular basis, keeping them informed of pre-sale and post-sale project deliverable status as necessary to ensure compliance with program requirements. The Site Leader plays a critical role for JCFS and is responsible for cultivating professional relationships with virtual JCFS team members and the CEHNC in order to facilitate the organizations growth objectives, quality of service, and "One JCFS" culture. The Site Leader directs local PMO support functions to achieve company and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). The Site Leader develops and implements strategies that drive Reliability and Continuous Improvement in CEHNC delivery support processes while managing expenditures in compliance with an operational budget. Ultimately, the Site Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation. Oversee the daily operations of the Huntsville site to ensure that RFP responses, project deliverables, etc., which are produced by remotely located Sales and Operations teams, meet quality and contractual requirements before submission to CEHNC. 2. Ensure daily operational activities, program objectives, and health & safety needs of direct reports and facility tenants are met 3. Challenge the status quo to constantly push process improvements within JCFS in order to deliver a superior product to our customers 4. Develop and execute short and long-term performance strategies aligned with leadership vision and company direction 5. Provides support to facility tenants and leadership to include hiring and training, mentorship, development, and keeps leadership updated on team / site performance 6. Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning and building maintenance in order to maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs 7. Communicate JCFS strategy to site personnel 8. Responsible for overall performance of the Huntsville PMO team and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives 9. Communicate openly and frequently with staff and establishes, maintains, and promotes an inclusive and high performing culture to maximize Operational efficiency 10. Directs, leads, and empowers direct reports to be focused on driving Reliability and Continuous Improvement for JCFS and our customers 11. Establish goals and objectives of direct reports in a manner aligned with overall JCFS goals 12. Partner with Sales, Operations and Regional Managers toward the achievement of customer program KPI and revenue objectives 13. Conducts site meetings to update team and tenants on best practices and continuing expectations What we look for Required 1. Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related major, or equivalent relevant work experience 2. Minimum of 6 years related Operational, Program, or Contracts Management experience. 8+ years related experience preferred. 3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and collaborate with across all organizational levels and with external government customers 4. Demonstrates exceptional continuous improvement/transformational skills 5. Ability to motivate and inspire a group of employees in a team environment to achieve performance goals 6. Ability to deliver professional and logical presentations in front of key decision-makers 7. Excellent judgment, reasoning, and problem-solving skills 8. Proficiency with suite of Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Preferred 1. Experience working with government contracting 2.
