Location: Huntsville, AlabamaJob Summary:The Store Lead will be responsible for supporting the Store Leadership Team by completing cash-wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). The Store Lead will represent the brand, operate in a professional manner, engage customers, maintain store standards, and support teamwork and employee development. Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: * Assist in developing talent through the training of associates, including giving in-the-moment coaching conversations * Partners with Store Manager to address an performance concerns with associates * Support and participate in all company training and development initiatives * Foster a positive work environment and provides direct, objective feedback in a timely manner * Assess performance and provide the appropriate level of feedback on a daily basis and during the annual performance review process * Motivate and inspire the associates to build brand loyalty and create a positive store environment for both internal and external customers * Model, encourage, and demonstrate exceptional customer service behaviors while on the sales floor and maintain high standards throughout the store while ensuring the integrity of the brand * Represent the company in a professional and positive manner * Support the management team to maximize productivity through operational and product knowledge, customer service and participating in an completing key store initiatives * Participate in the Leader on Duty (LOD) program by providing an exceptional customer shopping experience, and driving store profitability while leveraging payroll * Process payroll weekly * Modify schedule based on business climate * Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, adhering to set policies * Ensure Environment (CRE) Standards & Safety requirements are being met Education and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent * 1-3 years previous retail experience * Must be at least 18 years of ag Skills and Behaviors: * Excellent customer engagement * Must be detail oriented * Ability to prioritize tasks * Ability to work in team environment * Ability to give and receive performance-based feedback * Must embrace self-development * Must be an effective communicator * Must be adaptable and flexible to changing priorities * Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Ability to adapt to and learn internal applications * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet business needs and the PT/FT Availability Requirements set by the Company * Ability to maneuver on sales floor and stockroom; climb ladder, lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Description: Job Summary: To assist management in maintaining or improving cleanliness quality through inspections, training and employee accountability, including employee counseling or disciplining. Supervisors must build upon established employee or customer relationships, improve employee morale, and help develop subordinates on a continuous basis. Essential Tasks & Responsibilities: * Conduct daily inspections for quality and safety. Make necessary corrections. * Understand all employee work assignments and schedule for adequate coverage. * Conduct training and retraining as necessary. Initiate or ensure corrective action is taken. * Audit building keys, pagers, and payroll on a daily basis. * Ensure all projects, maintenance, or cleaning challenges are communicated effectively for resolution. * Control supply inventories and distribute equipment effectively. * Supervise equipment performance and make necessary corrections. * Assist in performing employee performance evaluations and make recommendations on employee performance ratings. * Observe and report the need of furniture or other building fixtures repairs. * When necessary, complete custodial work assignments. * In case of emergency, perform all duties as assigned. * Provide functional/operational support to work area as essential personnel during times of emergency, catastrophe, inclement weather, etc. * Complete all other assigned tasks by management in which the employee is capable of performing. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Must be physically able to lift, lower, push and pull objects up to 50 lbs. unassisted. * Ability to stand, climb, bend, stoop and crouch for extended periods of time. * Must be able to initiate and maintain good customer and co-worker relationships in a team environment. * Must have the ability to follow oral or written instructions and directions. * Must be able to communicate effectively with both written and verbal skills. * Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish). * Must have the ability to supervise others, demonstrate "quality customer service", and good human relations skills. * Pays special attention to detail. As a Unit Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the general accounting function within a unit or units. You will perform a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures in one or more of the following areas: general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable or related financial area. General Responsibilities: * Supervises and mentors the accounting staff in executing the primary accounting processes and functions (AR, AP, Payroll, Cash and Banking). * Manages the weekly close process and produces accurate and timely weekly operating statements. * Make financial statement modifications and enhancements as necessary * Ensures the timely transmission of weekly financial results to our Corporate Office. * Reconciles accounts with and provides required financial information Baylor Dining management. * Seeks ways to streamline process without sacrificing integrity. * To immediately bring to the Controller's attention any anomalies in reporting or questionable transactions. * Serve as the point person with our Accountant in the Corporate Office. * Promotes cross training for all functions of responsibility. * To act professionally at all times to promote a good working relationship between Aramark and all customers. * To maintain data back-ups, updates anti-virus file, and perform PC file maintenance weekly * Other such tasks that may arise. Qualifications: * Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of accounting management experience. * The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is required. * Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills are essential to success in this position. * Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications as well as accounting software, time keeping software and payroll applications is required. * Four year degree in accounting or finance and prior experience that demonstrates competencies in accounting/administration/supervision with strong computer skills, particularly spreadsheets.
