This position has the primary responsibility of supporting the Millennium corporate infrastructure, including maintaining all computer systems at the Huntsville location, providing remote support to other Millennium sites, and supporting remote users accessing Millennium systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the IT support of a self-contained, on-site technology lab and will be the ISSO for the lab. Will be responsible for loading and supporting required system software including: Microsoft Office 2013, additional products in the Microsoft suite of software, test applications and GOTS (Government Off The Shelf) Software. Will be required to coordinate efforts with Network Support and Information Assurance (IA) personnel to resolve Incident Requests and work orders. Other duties and occasional travel may be required. This position may occasionally require extended and/or non-prime work hours. Job Duties * Provide technical support to business area management and staff for computer systems software, hardware and network connectivity. * Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations and network connectivity issues.
