The scope of this position will be to develop site PSM procedures and integrate them cross-functionally to reduce process safety risks and support general process safety activities. Essential Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for implementation of fully effective PSM programs activities at the site that will include: developing, implementing, and maintaining the processes for the 14 PSM elements, managing the site's overall PHA program, acting as the site MOC manager, participating in PSM compliance audits, and working with the business PSM function to help standardize PSM program elements across the Value Stream. This position will also support other process engineering tasks such as: Supporting process engineers, operations, and technology scientists with product scale-ups, process improvements, and technology development/improvements. Consulting with plant engineers to troubleshoot production problems; assists in designing and start-up of new processes. Assisting with new process equipment specification and startups. In addition, this role will: Serve as the key resource for the development and application of technical standards for process safety management. This position will implement business process safety work processes at the facility and will identify and address gaps for existing PSM covered processes. Align PSM and other safety activities with operations leadership, site leadership teams, and EHS. Ensure that processes are in place for sustainable process safety management which includes management of change (MOC), process safety information, mechanical integrity, safe operating limits, preventive and safety measures. Support actions to resolve gaps from the established process safety standards. Develop and track key process safety management performance measures, establishing accountability and closure of process safety gaps. Support building core competency of process safety management for site. Demonstrate fluency in multiple areas of process safety (PHA; RCA; LOPA; HAZOP, etc.) Assist in the planning and execution of the new product introduction process. Qualifications Required * Citizen with active Top Secret Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and background investigation within the last 5 years. * Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain all required security clearances and program specific accesses as a condition of continued employment. * 6 years relevant experence. * 3+ years of related Configuration Management experience with DoD programs. * Must be willing and able to travel as required. * Broad understanding of Defense Contract artifacts such as the SOW, contract attachments, CDRLs, DIDs, categories of technical data, and of non-technical program data, etc. * Working knowledge of relevant engineering standards, manufacturing, subcontract and supply chain processes in a defense environment. * Working knowledge of DoD configuration management practices, and keen understanding of configuration identification sub-discipline. * Excellent computer skills with MS Office suite to prepare reports and documents. * Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. * Attention to detail, coupled with good time management and organization skills. * Sound interpersonal skills for interfacing and coordinating with company personnel, customers, and suppliers. * Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulation Desired Skills: * DoD experience preferred, in an engineering environment with a demonstrated understanding of functional interrelationship of contracts administration, design engineering, manufacturing, quality, and logistics. * The ability to read and interpret contract documentation (such as Statements of Work and CDRL's) and government/industry standards and specifications. * Knowledge of formal change control processes: Class I changes, Class II changes, CCB experience/involvement. * Experience with Git®, JIRA®, Confluence and DOORS® database desired * Good understanding of how configuration management function integrates with other functions in accomplishing the objectives of programs and functional organization. * Formal training in Configuration Data Management (CDM). NDIA Configuration Data Management (CDM) certification preferred. * Expert knowledge level in Microsoft Office and databases. * Experience with teleconferencing applications working in a distributed organization. * Knowledge of the following standards is desirable. * ANSI/EIA-649 "National Consensus Standard for Configuration Management" * EIA-836 "Configuration Management Data Exchange and Interoperability." * Defense Acquisition Guidebook (DAG) ANSI/GEIA-859: Data Management * DoDI 8510.01 "Risk Management Framework for DoD Information Technology" * NIST SP 800-53, Rev 4 "Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations" * Military standards including: MIL-HDBK-61A, MIL-STD-31000 * Industry standards including: EIA-649B, ISO 10007, CMMI * Drawing standards including ASME standards such as MIL-STD-100. * Formal training in Configuration Data Management (CDM). * NDIA Configuration Data Management (CDM) certification preferred Required Education: * Bachelor's degree in technical field or related discipline from an accredited university.

JOB OPPORTUNITY ADVANCED CYBER ASSESSMENT ANALYST HUNTSVILLE, AL Provide systems engineering technical support to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) – System Assessment (DE/EEA) by identifying and resolving complex problems crossing organizational boundaries, as well as promulgating solutions. Support MDA/EEA cyber security assessment planning, test requirements development, consequence analysis, and assessment reporting. Position may require occasional travel. Duties: * Review BMDS network and element software designs and develop cyber assessment plans to support potential fielding decisions for BMDS hardware and software upgrades * Coordinate with BMDS element program offices to acquire software design and system diagrams, flow diagrams, processes and safety data to assist in planning cyber assessments. * Evaluate BMDS network plans and configurations, identify choke points and access vectors, knowledgeable in network security to the device level, and identify plausible cyber methods for exploiting the BMDS. * Diagram infrastructure and process flow for each mission to determine critical conditions for cyber assessment * Prepare cybersecurity assessment requirements by identifying critical assessment conditions, cyber threats, and key test points. * Assist with mapping mission to infrastructure for systems under test. * Identify needs of internal and external stakeholders and address their concerns in cooperation with coworkers. * Develop and present technical briefings and reports to Senior Leadership. * Activities include: * Prepare and coordinate Cyber Security Assessment Requirements defining and test conditions and cyber threats for assessment * Attend and participate in the CORE team for Cyber Visums. * Generate Status Reports and Meeting Minutes. * Identify and articulate Courses of Action (COAs), Contingency Plans; Implementation Plans, Audit Responses, and Action Item file responses. * Supporting Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and TIM Reporting. Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: * 7+ years' experience in cyber threat assessment & network cyber security mitigation procedures to device level * Experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) * Demonstrated complex systems problem solving and analytical skills * Demonstrated written and oral communication skills * Demonstrated ability to develop and provide briefings and status updates to Executive-level Management * Proficient with Microsoft Office products and applications. * Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred) Desired Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: * Understanding MDA Systems Engineering practices and processes * In-depth understanding of operational C2BMC and operator TTPs * Familiarity with BMDS-level documentation (e.g. BMD System Description Document (BMD SDD), BMD System Specification (BMD SS), etc.) Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance
