This position will manage workload assignments for the team, ensuring efficient and effective recruiting strategies are implemented. In addition to leading the team, this position will provide end to end recruiting services for various organizations within the Bank and will source candidates for executive level and highly specialized hard to fill positions. Importantly, the Talent Acquisition Manager must develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, human resource team and business leaders in the market to continually develop a pipeline of extraordinary talent.
