JOB DESCRIPTION Position Department: Field - International Classification (exempt/non-exempt): Non-Exempt Job Summary: Assembles and installs plumbing systems according to specifications and appropriate trade and building codes. Description of Tasks: * Studies specifications, building plans and show drawings to determine work aids required and the appropriate sequence of installation. * Locates and marks the position of pipe and pipe connections and passage holes for pipes in walls and floors using ruler, level and plumb bob. * Cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and fittings using hand and power tools. * Assembles and installs valves, pipe and fittings composed of metals, e.g. iron, steel, copper, and non-metals, e.g., and plastic using hand tools and power tools. * Joins pipe using screws, bolts, fittings, solder, solvent and caulk joints. * Responsible for the installation of plumbing fixtures and equipment. Including, toilets, sinks, water heaters, fan coils, air handlers, and trap primers among others. Position Requirements: Education/Experience: Minimum high school diploma/GED and/or 2 years of experience as a Plumber. Solid knowledge and understanding of system operation, building plans and working drawings. Certifications, Licenses, etc.: U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance required. Journeyman or Master Plumber License. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have the ability to read and comprehend ISO drawings, blueprints, and written instructions. Good verbal communication, General knowledge of plumbing and pipe system layout, according to specifications. Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation. High standard of integrity and professionalism. Working Conditions: Physical Requirements: Must have the ability to crawl, climb, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, kneel, crouch, stand for longs periods of time, lift and hold in excess of 50lbs, talk, hear and occasionally sit. Must have the ability to withstand confined spaces and or/extreme heights while negotiating tasks at hand in a safe manner to themselves and/or others. Environmental Conditions: Frequently on site and subject to hot cold, humid and wet conditions depending on location.

<![CDATA[<p>Millwright \n \n \n\t * The Millwright will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a variety of process and rotating equipment used in industrial processing. \n\t * The mechanical equipment may include ANSI pumps, blowers, fans, gearboxes, conveyor belts, hydraulic systems, conveying systems, baghouses, mixers and agitators. \n\t * This job requires hands-on fieldwork to determine cause of equipment failure, locate spare parts, and install spare parts using repair procedures and machinist techniques for alignment. \n\t * \n \n \n Responsibilities: \n \n \n\t * Be competent in the use of the maintenance tools to include measuring tools such as inside/outside micrometers, depth gauges, etc., for shaft to shaft alignment Familiarity with Optic and/or Laser alignment techniques will be beneficial. \n\t * Reverse and laser alignment Knowledgeable in the maintenance of and the proper installation/replacement of rolling element bearings, mechanical seals, shaft couplings and rotating shaft assemblies, and general rotating equipment of all types. \n\t * Dismantles, inspects, repairs, rebuilds mechanical assemblies. Troubleshoots, operates, tests machinery, equipment and assemblies and performs repairs. \n\t * Oils, lubricates, and installs parts of mobile equipment and other mechanical devices. Operates, test machinery, equipment and performs repairs using mobile and overhead cranes Procedure use - this includes field use, review, revise, and development of procedures. Duties: * Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration work on industrial electrical circuitry and components. Responsibilities: * Work on circuits from 24VDC to 480VAC * Resolve deficiencies found during inspection/test * Install electrical systems and equipment * Perform routine scheduled and non-scheduled electrical troubleshooting, repair, and calibrations. * Locate and correct power failures and short circuits. * Make modifications to programming and configuration of programmable logic controllers and distributed process control systems. * Knowledge and use of electrical test meters such as Voms meggers loops simulators and clamp meters. * Be able to read electrical schematics and blueprints. * Perform mechanical repairs as needed to plant equipment. * Write maintenance procedures as required for performing routine and standard maintenance tasks. Required Qualifications: * Able to work the occasional off-hour and weekend shifts to support plant outages and unplanned events. On feet throughout start-up process. * Able to pass medical examination for full face respirator use. Preferred Qualifications: * NCCER journeyman certified in Electrical craft (NCCER Certification obtained through an Instructor Led Training Program is a preference). * Experience working in a foundry environment * Experience with SAP ECC (enterprise computer system) * Equivalent in military experience Education: * High School diploma or equivalent is required AND one of the following: * 2 year Associates degree or trade-school in an electrical discipline * 3 or more years' experience as an electrician in an industrial setting * 4 or more years of military training/experience as an electrician.
