Is responsible for the safety, training and assignment of work to the maintenance personnel in his/her area; responsible for maintenance spending in his/her area along with the other members of the maintenance team, maintenance planner, operating department maintenance coordinator and operating department superintendent; responsible for seeing that E/Is conduct themselves in accordance with all corporate, division and mill safety and environmental rules and procedures; responsible for making sure that the E/Is in his/her area are using the proper parts and equipment to complete all maintenance work appropriately for their safety and those of the other people in the area; responsible for maintaining the equipment in his/her area in such a way that the equipment has the maximum possible uptime at the lowest possible cost. Expected to be the chief troubleshooter on the equipment in his/her area. What you need to succeed:Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of E&I experience in an Industrial setting. Strong computer skills including MS Office, & MS Office Project software Knowledge of current electrical safety standards such as NEC, NFPA 70E and OSHA Experience in the following areas: project management and planning/scheduling, predictive and preventative maintenance programs. Build positive relations & help develop department employees to their full potential through effective communication, training and supervisory skills By managing the E&I workforce consistent with the union contract and company policies in such areas as overtime, vacation, training and discipline. Job Summary: The Registered Nurse provides clinical, therapeutic, and administrative support to the child & adolescent behavioral health program. Responsibilities: * Demonstrates clinical knowledge of psychiatric nursing and maintains the highest quality of comprehensive patient care. * Displays effective communication skills as evidenced by the ability to maintain therapeutic relationships with patients, families, physicians and staff. * Is able to set limits as needed by recognizing potential behavior problems and does so in a caring and consistent manner. * Utilizes knowledge of growth and development, psychopathology, and psychosocial systems. * Has an accurate knowledge of psycho-dynamics and therapeutic processes as demonstrated by effective intervention and resolution of problems as they occur, and communication of the processes to others. * Displays understanding of family dynamics by responding appropriately to family members when needed. * Participate in the initiation of master treatment plan along with other key program staff. * Attend treatment planning meetings and conferences to participate in patient's treatment process and progress. * Participate in discharge planning and referrals. * Utilizes appropriate skills in telephone etiquette when answering the telephone, making sure to record correct messages and pass along to appropriate staff, including patient inquiries. * Demonstrates professional skills and performs the tasks needed to maintain a therapeutic milieu and optimum patient care. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Current Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee. Behavioral Health experience preferred.
