The primary job responsibility of the Senior Financial Reporting Manager is to prepare and review both internal and external reporting for the organization. This includes writing and reviewing the Company’s public filing documents, assisting in the annual external audit, preparing monthly financial documents, periodic forecasts and annual budgets for senior management. Additional responsibilities include the presentation of conclusions on financial issues and projects to senior management, both orally and in writing. + Compilation and preparation of the quarterly, annual and periodic required SEC reports, including completing quarterly and annual SEC and GAAP disclosure checklists and preparing quarterly and annual support binders. + Planning and preparation of quarterly and annual timelines and responsibilities + Scheduling and coordination of quarterly investor calls, including preparation of quarterly investor call materials. + Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual bank compliance packages. + Preparation and compilation of consolidating financial statements for issuance internally and externally, ensuring intercompany items properly eliminate. + Preparation and compilation of BD8 and monthly Corporate P&L reports for issuance to senior management. + Preparation of monthly balance sheet roll forwards. + Providing appropriate support for financial statement disclosures and assisting with various requests from external auditors, including performing financial fluctuation, trend and variance analysis. + Preparation and submission of required quarterly reporting to parent company + Preparation and submission of periodic government reports + Coordination, compilation and review of quarterly compliance related to SOX Controls. + Annual coordination, compilation and review of Directors and Officers Questionnaires. + Preparation and compilation of quarterly forecasts. + Assist in coordination and preparation of annual operating budget. + Performing accounting and reporting research in accordance with GAAP and SEC rules and preparing technical memorandums to document conclusions reached. + Assist in Senior management initiatives and analysis (Strategic initiatives, divestitures, acquisitions, etc.), as necessary. Summary Directs activities of workers concerned with construction of buildings, concrete foundations, or other construction projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction. + Assembles members of organization (supervisory, clerical, engineering, and other workers) at start of project. + Orders procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules. + Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays. + Confers with supervisory personnel and other company representatives to resolve complaints and grievances within work force. + Confers with supervisory and project management personnel and inspectors and suppliers of tools and materials to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods. + Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules. + Prepares or reviews reports on progress, materials used and costs, and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports. + Directs workers concerned with major maintenance or reconditioning projects for existing installations. + Prepares and reports payroll, per diem, daily reports, safety rosters, etc. + Ensures safety rules and regulations are followed (OSHA, client, and company rules) + Provides on-the-job training for subordinates + Works with human resources and other supervisors within the company to hire and/or transfer employees as needed + Provides discipline and praise to employees as needed in the form of warnings, terminations, evaluations, and pay increases Supervisory Responsibilities Manages 1-2 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 8-10 employees on the Construction Crew. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) POSITION SUMMARY The LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) delivers quality care to residents ensuring all applicable laws, regulations, and Company standards are met. Reports to Director of Nursing (DON) or other Nursing Supervisor. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Must possess the ability to work independently. Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility. Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other LPNs, CNAs and non-professional personnel. Must have the ability to implement the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the facility. Must understand and follow company policies, including harassment and complaint procedures. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must be able to work as part of a health care team to assess resident needs, plan and modify care and implement interventions. Must be able to evaluate nursing intervention outcomes, conferring with other health care team members as necessary. Must be able to administer prescribed medications or start intravenous fluids, and note times and amounts on patients’ charts. Must be able to observe residents, charting and reporting changes in residents’ conditions, such as adverse reactions to medication or treatment, and taking any necessary action. Must be able to provide basic resident care and treatments, such as taking temperatures or blood pressures, dressing wounds, treating bedsores, giving enemas or douches, rubbing with alcohol, massaging, or performing catheterizations. Must be able to sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides, sterilizer, or autoclave. Must be able to answer residents’ calls and determine how to assist them. Must be able to measure and record residents’ vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration. Must be able to collect samples such as blood, urine and sputum from residents, and perform routine laboratory tests on samples. Must be able to prepare residents for examinations, tests or treatments and explain procedures. Must be able to assemble and use equipment such as catheters, tracheotomy tubes, and oxygen suppliers. Must be able to record food and fluid intake and output. Must be able to assist residents with bathing, dressing, maintaining personal hygiene, moving in bed, or standing and walking. Must be able to apply compresses, ice bags, and hot water bottles. Must be able to clean rooms and make beds. Must be able to prepare food trays and examine them for conformance to prescribed diet. Must be able to wash and dress bodies of deceased persons. Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents. SKILLS and ABILITIES Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Certificates and Licenses Must have attended an accredited LPN program. Must be currently licensed LPN with applicable state. Must have CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
